Lipolinfedema

Es una combinación de lipedema y linfedema. Diagnóstico

Se realiza siguiendo los mismos criterios diagnósticos que para el linfedema y lipedema.

Tratamiento

Se trata igual que los linfedemas: terapia física compleja descongestiva.

  • Drenaje linfático manual.
  • Compresión con ayuda de vendajes para disminuir el edema (mediven mondi, mediven 550).
  • Gimnasia especial.
  • Cuidados de la piel.
