Cromatogranina A es una proteína que se emplea como biomarcador para el diagnóstico y evaluación de la progresión de algunos tumores neuroendocrinos. La evidencia científica disponible sugiere que la administración de un IBP (dexlansoprazol, esomeprazol, lansoprazol, omeprazol, pantoprazol y rabeprazol) puede aumentar los niveles de cromatogranina A y alterar estas determinaciones. Para evitar esta interferencia, se recomienda que el tratamiento con el IBP se suspenda entre 5 días y 2 semanas antes de la medida de cromatogranina A, con el objeto de regresar a niveles basales.[/fusion_text][/fusion_builder_column][/fusion_builder_row][/fusion_builder_container]
